Battery Monitoring Module BMS100 model can realize 2 analog input and 13 battery voltage measurement.It is with RS485 serial port, MODBUS-RTU communication protocol.Power supply is 9-36V DC.

Battery Monitoring Module BMS100 use 16-bit high-precision AD acquisition and data processing technology, professional MCU Controller, non-linear processing algorithm.It has high accuracy, stable performance, strong anti-interference ability, etc.


1.Acquisition 2/4 channels of analog input 4 ~ 20mA, 0 ~ 5V, optional;
2.Adopt 12-bit AD acquisition processing, high accuracy measurement;
3.Standard Modbus-RTU protocol;
4.RS-485 (RS-422 optional) communication interface with ESD protection circuit;
5.Wide working voltage DC9 ~ 36V, with anti-reverse protection function ;
6.Using industrial-grade chip, built-in watchdog, and has perfect anti-lightning and anti-interference measures to ensure reliability;
7.Configurable maximum and minimum value of analog input, intelligent conversion of actual value, convenient for various analog measurement requirements;
8.Can measure 12 single battery voltages,several battery group and 1 total voltage;
9.It has 3 precision gears for different voltage ranges to improve the voltage measurement accuracy;
10.With LED light to indicate working status, easy to install and debug on site.
